Being a chef....

I have been a chef

since 1988.

Firstly in France then

Jersey and finally

in England.

Our first business was a bakery in

North Norfolk in 1999, then a hotel

in France. In 2007 we took over

the shop on St George's in Norwich.

Greg is married to Jacqueline and lives in Norwich with his two lovely children.
